7 years ago, I had two students obsessed with llamacorns, and it inspired me to start writing a children’s story. Over the years the story has evolved and changed many times as I sat and debated how to bring the story to life with illustrations. Then while scrolling one day, I discovered Andrea Nelson Art videos and I began to paint. Every day I sit and paint something, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes for hours. As I practiced and practiced, I decided it’s time for me to illustrate my story myself and bring it to life. Now, I sit here feeling surreal that it’s almost time to release this book into the world.
